Known for its easy accessibility and growing infrastructure, the region is a favorite among surfers. The main break consistently produces waves averaging 5-7 ft, and during its best season, the swells can reach a powerful 10-12 ft. You can easily walk to the break from the main road, enjoying a scenic stroll past tranquil rice fields and coconut groves.
Beyond the main spot, the Pelabuhan Ratu area is a playground with several other breaks, including:

Surf Tour Itinerary 13 Days 12 Nights
This comprehensive itinerary is designed to maximize your time in the water and give you a deep understanding of the local culture and landscapes.
Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to Pelabuhan Ratu Upon your arrival at Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK) in Jakarta, our staff will greet you. After a brief introduction, we’ll begin the scenic 6-7 hour drive to Pelabuhan Ratu. Our provided vehicle is well-equipped to transport you and all your surf gear comfortably.
Day 2–7: Explore Pelabuhan Ratu Surf Spots For the next six days, you’ll be fully immersed in the surf culture of Pelabuhan Ratu. Our experienced surf guide will help you find the best waves at the right time at spots like Cimaja, Sunset Beach, and more. We’ll also take you on tours to interesting local attractions like hot springs and waterfalls. You’ll get to taste delicious local food and interact with the friendly local community.
Day 8–12: Explore Sawarna Surf Spots On day eight, we’ll transfer to Sawarna. For the next five days, our guide will lead you to the most consistent and stable waves in the region. We’ll ensure you get the best waves at the right time and place. Beyond surfing, you’ll have the opportunity to explore stunning natural attractions like hidden caves and beautiful rice fields. We’ll also introduce you to locals and, if possible, you can join them in their daily activities, like working in the fields. We’ll provide a balanced and delicious menu of local cuisine to keep your energy up for all the surfing.
Day 13: Departure At the end of the tour, we will transfer you back to Soekarno Hatta International Airport or another location of your choice. We look forward to seeing you again on your next surf adventure!
