Final Payment: Remaining 30% balance due 7 days before departure (H-7).

Deposit: Minimum 40% down payment (DP) upon booking confirmation.

1st Installment: 30% payment due 14 days before departure (H-14).

Rescheduling: Any confirmed schedule change (reschedule) request cannot be processed for any reason, and no refund will be provided.


Cancellation by Participant: Any trip cancellation made by the participant, for any reason, will result in the total forfeiture of all payments made (non-refundable).


Cancellation by Operator: If the trip is canceled by Keliling Nusantara Adventure, participants are entitled to a full 100% refund.

Personal Belongings: Keliling Nusantara Adventure is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items during the trip, nor for delays or cancellations of public transport beyond our control.


Itinerary Changes: Programs and facilities are subject to change based on field conditions, weather, local policies, or safety considerations, without compromising the overall essence of the trip.


Participant Compliance: Participants must follow all instructions given by the Tour Leader or Guide throughout the activity and maintain order, cleanliness, and environmental conservation.

Definition: Force Majeure refers to events beyond human control that prevent the trip from taking place as scheduled. This includes natural disasters, epidemics, riots, government policy changes, extreme weather, transportation access closures, and other emergency situations.


Policy: In the event of Force Majeure, payments are non-refundable. However, participants may be offered a rescheduling option in accordance with applicable terms.

By placing a down payment (DP) or full payment, the participant officially confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions set forth by Keliling Nusantara Adventure.
