Pekalen river is one of the best river for rafting adventure in Indonesia, located at Probolinggo regency about 3,5 hours from Surabaya, and can be reached about 1 hour from Bromo. While exploring the river, we will pass many rapids that challenges your adrenalin, a waterfall and many bat nest. So if you’re in Surabaya now, and have one day of free time, you can spend it to explore the river.
06:00am In the morning, we will take you from your hotel in Surabaya then we will head toward rafting location at Probolinggo regency, it will takes approximatelly 3,5-4 hours.
10:00am Upon arrival at rafting operator base camp, we will rest for a while and enjoy a welcome drink and when you’re ready, there will be a briefing for you before starting rafting adventure.
11:00am Rafting activity briefing, next we will be transferred to Pekalen river, one of the best river for rafting adventure in Indonesia, and start Rafting adventure, we will explore Pekalen river for along 12 km, cross the rapids that is challenges your adrenaline, through many caves of bats.
02:00pm End of the explore, we will back to base camp, take a shower and then have lunch.
03:00pm We will back to Surabaya and take another 3,5-4 hours drive. Optionally you can stop at some souvenir and shop centerbefore reaching Surabaya
07:00pm Tour ends in Surabaya.

The best season to do this tour is within dry season or within June upto November. It is when the water debit is stable.
