Itinerary
9:00 AM: We will pick you up at your hotel, train station, airport, or any other place in Solo. After a short introduction with our crew, we will head towards the slopes of Mount Lawu in Karanganyar, which takes about 30 minutes.
10:00 AM: In Karanganyar, we will visit Sukuh Temple. Built around the 15th century, this temple is very different from most temples in Java. It seems to be dedicated to erotic themes, with carvings of male and female genitals as its main structure.
11:00 AM: We will also visit Cetho Temple, a Hindu temple whose structure resembles that of a Balinese temple. Around these two temples, you can see a vast tea plantation with a mountain in the background.
12:00 PM: Next, we will head to the Tawangmangu district to visit Grojogan Sewu Waterfall. From the main gate, you will walk through a garden for about 15 minutes to reach this wonderful waterfall.
2:00 PM: After enjoying Grojogan Sewu, we will return to Solo and stop at a shopping center where you can buy local souvenirs and snacks.
4:00 PM: We will transfer you back to your hotel, train station, or other preferred location in Solo.
5:00 PM: The tour concludes.
