Day 1: Arrival & Prambanan Temple

Your journey begins at Adisucipto Yogyakarta International Airport. Upon arrival, our friendly tour guide will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in the city center. After a short rest, we will start our tour.

Prambanan Temple: We’ll head to the Prambanan temple complex, a magnificent 9th-century Hindu site. You’ll be amazed by the intricate carvings and towering structures, including the beautiful Sewu Temple. This is a chance to truly admire the detailed artistry of ancient Javanese culture.

After exploring Prambanan, we’ll return to the hotel for a break.

Malioboro by Night: At 7 PM, we’ll pick you up for an evening stroll down Malioboro. This bustling street is the heart of Yogyakarta, especially at night. Here, you can browse a variety of shops selling local handicrafts, souvenirs, and, of course, delicious traditional street food. We’ll return to the hotel for a well-deserved rest before a big day tomorrow.


Day 2: Borobudur Temple & Dieng Plateau

Today is filled with incredible sights and a scenic drive.

Borobudur Temple: In the morning, we’ll visit the awe-inspiring Borobudur Temple. This massive Buddhist monument is a UNESCO World Heritage site and a true architectural marvel. As one of the world’s seven wonders, its intricate carvings tell stories of ancient life and philosophy. We’ll take our time to explore this historical masterpiece before having lunch at a local restaurant.

Journey to Dieng: After lunch, we’ll begin the scenic 3-hour drive to the Dieng Plateau in Wonosobo.

Sikidang Crater: Upon arrival, our first stop is the active Sikidang Crater. You can get up close to the bubbling mud pools and steaming vents, a powerful reminder of the geothermal activity beneath the surface.

Check-in & Dinner: Before late afternoon, we’ll check into our cozy homestay. Dinner will be served at the homestay, and you’ll have plenty of time to relax and prepare for an early start the next day.


Day 3: Dieng Plateau & Return to Yogyakarta

Today is all about natural wonders, starting with a spectacular sunrise.

Golden Sunrise at Sikunir Hill: You’ll be woken up at 3 AM to make our way to Sikunir Hill. A 30-minute trek will take you to the peak, where you’ll witness the breathtaking Golden Sunrise—a moment that perfectly lives up to its name as it paints the landscape in a stunning golden light. On the way back to the homestay, we’ll stop at the serene Cebong Lake.

Telaga Warna & Gardu Pandang Tieng: After a short break and breakfast at the homestay, we’ll check out. Our next destination is Telaga Warna, the famous “Colored Lake,” known for its vibrant, changing hues. We’ll also visit the nearby Telaga Pengilon and Goa Alam (Natural Cave). The final scenic stop is Gardu Pandang Tieng, where you can enjoy a panoramic view that makes you feel like you’re in a “land above the clouds.”

Souvenirs & Departure: Before the tour ends, we’ll visit local shops for souvenirs and traditional Wonosobo snacks. We’ll then enjoy a final lunch at a local restaurant. The tour concludes with a comfortable drive back to Yogyakarta, arriving before nightfall.
