Padang to Solok: One-Day Tea Plantation & Twin Lakes Tour
This tour package takes you from Padang to some of the most interesting tourist destinations in the Solok Regency. You’ll visit Masjid Tuo Kayu Jao, the oldest mosque in West Sumatra, and then travel to the beautiful Alahan Panjang tea plantation. You’ll also explore the stunning scenery of the Twin Lakes of Alahan. Along the way, you can enjoy the natural beauty of the Hutan Raya Bung Hatta National Park and stop at the highest peak of Sitinjau to take in a panoramic view of Padang city.

Itinerary
Day 01 :

- 8:00 AM: We'll pick you up at the airport, your hotel, or another location in Padang city. We'll then begin our 1.5-hour drive to the Solok Regency. On the way, we'll enjoy the natural forest views of the Hutan Raya Bung Hatta National Park and stop at the highest peak of Sitinjau to enjoy the Padang city landscape.
- 9:30 AM: Our first stop is Masjid Tuo Kayu Jao, the oldest mosque in all of West Sumatra.
- 10:00 AM: We'll continue our drive to the Alahan Panjang tea plantation.
- 11:00 AM: Arrive at Alahan Panjang and enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful, green tea plantation.
- 12:00 PM: Break for lunch at a local restaurant.
- 1:00 PM: Next, we'll visit the Twin Lakes. As the name suggests, there are two lakes here: the "Top Lake" and the "Below Lake," both offering beautiful scenery.
- 1:30 PM: We'll visit the "Top Lake" first. This lake, despite its name, is located at a lower position and has a beautiful, natural view. Then, we'll visit the "Below Lake," which is located at a higher position and offers a similarly stunning panorama.
- 3:00 PM: After enjoying these destinations, we will drive back to Padang city, a journey of about 2 hours.
- 5:00 PM: Arrive in Padang city. We will drop you off at your hotel, the airport, or any other designated location in Padang. The tour ends.
