Important Note: The itinerary may be subject to change based on sea conditions, weather, and collective agreement.

Terms & Conditions (Summary):

• Registration & Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for registration. Full payment is due 2 days before departure. Registrations without a down payment may be canceled. If a participant cancels, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Itinerary Changes: Additional costs for route deviations are borne by participants. No refunds for shortened itineraries.
• Liability: We are not responsible for flight delays/cancellations and events beyond our control. We are not liable for losses due to participant delays, lost personal belongings, or baggage damage/delays from airlines/hotels. Costs for replacing lost tour equipment are the participant’s responsibility. We are not liable for participant negligence resulting in injury or death, or for participants leaving due to illness/accidents. No refunds if services included in the package are unutilized.
• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for changes or reductions to tour events due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, riots, terrorism). Changes are made for smooth travel and participant safety, with no refund for the tour package fee in such cases.
• Rights of Provider: We reserve the right to request disruptive participants to leave the group. We may charge for increased tour package costs or additional service requests.

• Flight tickets and travel costs to/from the departure point (e.g., to Labuan Bajo).
• Loss or damage to personal belongings (such as suitcases, cameras, bags, jewelry).
• Cost of replacing tour equipment lost by participants.
• Travel insurance (for accidents, damage, or baggage delays from airlines/hotels).
• Medical expenses or emergency evacuation costs if participants fall ill or have accidents during the tour.
• Additional services requested by participants beyond what is included in the package (these will incur extra charges).
• Refunds for unutilized services by participants during the tour.
• Reduction in tour package costs if the schedule is shortened by participants.
• Additional costs arising from route changes or added destinations outside the original itinerary requested by participants.
• Costs related to changes or cancellations of tour events due to force majeure (natural disasters, riots, terrorism, etc.).
