- Cancellation Policy: Flexibility is important, but there are some cancellation terms you need to understand. Cancellations 30 days or more prior will receive a full refund, while cancellations within 3 days will receive no refund. We also cannot provide refunds for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as flight delays or illness, unless the cancellation is made by Red Whale for operational reasons or bad weather.
